We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the care, supervision, and education of children aged 2-3 years old. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and fellow team members.
  • Observe and document children's progress and behavior, and share observations with parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure smooth operation of the school.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role of teacher.
  • Previous experience working with young children preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
