Live in Full Time Super

The live-in superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of the building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and facilities.
- Ensuring the building's common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Coordinating with contractors for larger repairs and maintenance projects.
- Managing building security and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Managing the season pool operations
- Assisting residents with maintenance-related issues and concerns.
- Maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Enforcing building rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a superintendent or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for on-call emergencies.
- Black Seal License a must
- Valid driver's license a must
Compensation:
- Salary range between $65K - $70K.
- One large sunny 2-bed/2-bathroom apartment included
- Benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
