Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Drafter to become a part of our team

Responsibilities:

  • Apply your computer-aided drafting skills to draft stone shop drawings & fabrication tickets for high end residential and commercial projects
  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Perform takeoffs using our Planswift software for estimates
  • Perform site measurements & digital templates
  • Prepare profile drawings for CNC machine fabrication
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate with the fabrication crew
  • Must be able to understand Architectural drawings

Qualifications:

  • College certificate/ degree in drafting or equivalent field
  • Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in architectural related drafting and be able to demonstrate Autocad Skills
  • Architectural drafting experience is preferred
  • Rhino 3D modeling a plus
  • Must possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must have a good work ethic and attendance
  • Applicants should have a valid driver's license. Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Planswift estimating software is a plus but not required
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • You'll receive the training necessary to grow professionally from an experienced architect on staff
  • Compensation dependent on experience
