We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restoration Superintendent to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring the successful execution of each project from start to finish. As a seasoned professional, you will deliver a high level of service in all interactions with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers to set clear expectations and ensure all project details are thoroughly communicated.
• Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors, material suppliers, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide consistent project updates through daily narratives to customers and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Perform final walk-throughs with customers, ensuring all punch list items are compiled and resolved to the highest standard.
• Secure signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customers, demonstrating project success and customer approval.
• Ensure all work performed complies with project plans, specifications, local codes, and the requirements of the scope of work.
• Manage and execute change orders effectively, ensuring project adjustments are handled with minimal disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and sharing best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction or reconstruction management, with a strong background in restoration or similar fields.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in basic math, with the ability to manage budgets, estimates, and project costs.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, drive, and sit throughout the day as required by the job.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to adapt to project demands, including potential weekend work during peak periods.

Location:

• Ability to commute within the Grand Junction, CO location
