Job Description

Tempest is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate. This position is a hands-on position facilitating daily warehouse activities. It requires a sense of urgency and accuracy in executing daily activities. A successful candidate will be a robust hands-on communicator who is level-headed under pressure, comfortable working independently, and can adapt quickly to changing customer requirements. The candidate needs to be well grounded in ethical business practices and find reward in supporting a dynamic sales-based organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Using NetSuite ERP/WMS system accurately and promptly perform the following daily activities:
  • Data entry for in-house repair orders.
  • Physically and systematically manage exchange, advance exchange, and outsource orders.
  • Physically and systematically receive products from inbound deliveries.
  • Physically and systematically perform inventory activities (putaway & order fulfillment).
  • Physically and systematically perform shipping activities (packing, palletizing & loading).
  • Perform system-directed cycle counts.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the warehouse while addressing any safety issues or concerns with the Operations Manager.
  • Other assigned duties and special projects as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Meeting established program and organization SLAs and TATs.
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be determined as needed.

Professional Competencies

  • Computer skills including MS Excel & Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with intuitive business judgment.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Forklift experience desired.
  • MUST be fully vaccinated.

Available Shift

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
