We are seeking an LPN/RN to join our team You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients in their homes..

​Responsibilities:

  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatments
  • Develop and implement plan of care

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience in nursing, preferred.

Requirements:

  1. At least 18 years of age.
  2. Possesses a high school diploma or GED. Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  3. Able to communicate and understand communication effectively in exchanges between the client, family representatives, and other providers.
  4. Successful completion of a written competency exam related to the agency's training course.
  5. Valid, current state driver's license and access to a reliable automobile or reliable public transportation.
