We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of health and safety within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS program and policies. 
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. 
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• coordinate and conduct EHS training programs for employees. 
• maintain records of safety related incidents and provide analysis for continuous improvement.
• collaborate with management and staff to promote a proactive safety culture. 
• Stay updated on new regulations and best practices in environmental health and safety. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is a PLUS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Bilingual, able to read, write and speak in Spanish.
