Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Chief Crane Mechanic with a starting salary of $125,000+/year. This role involves traveling extensively across Ohio, Tennessee, Missouri, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Louisiana to service and maintain our fleet of cranes and rotating equipment.

Essential Duties:
• Services and maintains the company's fleet of cranes, specifically Manitowok and Link Belt models.
• Develops and implements maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Hires and builds a team of skilled mechanics, providing leadership and training.

Requirements/Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing cranes and rotating equipment.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Frequent travel (60-80%) across multiple states is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; a work truck will be provided.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to handle physical workload associated with crane maintenance and repairs.
• Capability to travel and work in various outdoor conditions.
