Job Overview:
We are excited to offer the role of Assistant Manager of the photo team at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, perfect for an individual passionate about leadership and creating enchanting guest experiences in a unique tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a team culture focused on exceptional service and continuous growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations with a high level of guest interaction and satisfaction.
- Proactively train, and develop staff, emphasizing personal development and team achievement.
- Ensure effective communication and strong relationships with all partners.
- Strategically manage resources and adapt to varying business needs
- Support and innovate marketing efforts and special events to maximize guest engagement.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in tourism or retail.
- Strong motivational skills and a history of successful team development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding communication abilities
- A passion for creating an engaging and guest-focused work environment
- An enthusiasm to learn and oversee the use of photographic equipment and technology (no prior photography experience required)
- Interest in professional growth and advancement within our operation
