We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Flatwork Foreman to join our team. As a Flatwork Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Foreman Duties.
-Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
-Training, managing and montoring employees and contractors
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
-Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, and procedures
-Developing and managing project quality standards for all sites
-Resolving conflicts quickly and amicably
-Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site, engineers and other officials
- Proven experience as a Flatwork Finisher or similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
