Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

 

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise swimming activities in assigned areas to ensure the safety of patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies, including administering first aid and performing water rescues as needed.
- Conduct routine pool inspections and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions and drills to maintain and enhance lifeguarding skills.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
- Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA).
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform water rescues and other duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required.
