SUPERVISION INCLUDED FOR ALL LAC'S

Overtime Pay All hours worked over 40 hours a week will be reimbursed with $20hr

Lsw and Lac's $80K and LPC and LCSW $100K

Benefits: Heath Insurance and paid time off.

30 + hours a week is full time. These employees will receive Health Insurance (Agency pays 10%), 10 days of vacation, 5 personal days, and 2 sick days.

 Any hour worked 35+ is paid at $20 an hour (overtime pay).

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide counseling and therapy services to youth in Bergen and/or Hudson county. These mental health challenges range from depression to oppositional behaviors.

Duties:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT or DBT. Other techniques are also welcomed

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience working with individuals with mental health challenges.

- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans

- Ability to provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic techniques

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals

- Attention to detail for accurate documentation using DSM-5.

- Compassion, empathy, and patience when working with individuals facing emotional challenges
