Brain Balance is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, caring individual to work with children from 4 to adult who are enrolled in our program to help with academics, social or behavior enhancement. This is job starts at 3 PM and goes to 7 PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. This is an active role and requires a lot of movement and getting up and down from the floor. It requires a motivated individual who will be able to guide and assist the student through various physical activites. It requires the ability to encourage the student to give their best effort, inspire them and coach them to do their very best. Our unique program works at the root cause of issues such as ADHD, ADD, Asperger's, Autism, Dyslexia, Sensory and other Processing disorders. This is an ideal and rewarding position in an upbeat environment for those who enjoy working with children and people, like to inspire people to break down barriers, have a good attention to detail and like to be busy and active while at work. We hire on strong virtue, character and values. We look for and require traits such as: highly reliable, team playing, humility, confidence, other centered mindset, organizational skills, service minded, quick learning and thinking, patience and kindness, and the ability to receive and integrate feedback. We will train you for the job over a 4 week period.
