Need a traveling cook for at least 3 months, maybe 5, maybe 12, depending on if you like us and we like you. We are a golf course. We provide lunch 7 days a week to golfers and dinner 6 nights a week to everyone. Basic food groups: meat, potatoes, vegetables, salads and rolls. We have recipes for the Buddha bowls (vegan). We like the food to be served hot, not lukewarm. If a filet is ordered MR, we want the steak to be medium rare, not well done.

We can provide an apartment if needed. Whether or not we pay for it depends on your rate of pay. We will pay 20% over your last job. We will pay overtime if needed, but you are not going to be worked to death.

We want someone who can handle preparing food for events, weddings, conventions.

We want someone who can think of a special to serve once a week at dinner.

We don't want fancy french cooking.

We want someone who does not have a problem with alcohol or drugs.

We want someone who loves to cook.

We want someone who doesn't yell, but who knows how to take control of a kitchen and execute.

We want someone who has graduated from culinary school and someone who has their ServSafe manager certification or who can get it relatively quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
