Associate Manager for Marketing and Ecommerce

Payrate: $25-$30/hr

Target Start Date: End of June, 2024

4 month Assignment Covering LOA

Remote in TN

Must be able to commute once/month to Pigeon Forge

Weekly Pay and Benefits

The Associate Manager, Marketing and Ecommerce will support the Stages West team with in-store and online marketing initiatives, as well as website management. This role will manage all marketing campaigns including promotions planning and execution, marketing calendar, organic social media channels, in-store events, and oversee ecommerce agency to support with website management, email campaigns, and digital media. The person in this role will be reporting to the Director of Brand Store Marketing.

The person in this role must be based in Tennessee with the ability to visit our Stages West retail store monthly.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining marketing calendar for Stages West including but not limited to digital marketing, email, SMS, website banners, events, and promotions
  • Overseeing agency for ecommerce site, providing direction and support on all monthly promotions and creative assets for emails, SMS, website, and digital marketing
  • Leading email creative and digital marketing process for seasonal marketing campaigns, in-store & online promotions, brand pushes and events
  • Coordinating with buyers and ecommerce agency for website product uploads, campaign categories, and promotions
  • Partnering with the store team for updates of store hours and response to reviews on online profiles
  • Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including but not limited to posting content and responding to comments
  • Working cross-functionally with other marketing channels and teams retail brand marketing, buying, digital marketing, and visual merchandising
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in BigCommerce, AirTable and SmartSheet a plus
