Job DescriptionJob Description

A global manufacture is seeking a strong Payroll Administrator to join it's team in a long-term contract role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global payroll and accounting team. This is a hybrid role, with a required two days a month on-site. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure timecards are accurate and completed by management
  • Monitor employee payroll portal and field questions and concerns 
  • Process timecards for bi-weekly, multi-state payroll using ADP 
  • Monitor HRIS systems
  • Assist with payroll taxes
  • Understand multiple state laws
  • Provide requested information/reports to management 

Systems used: ADP Vantage, Dayforce and Excel
