Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Sales Associate at CPR Cell Phone Repair, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, providing expert assistance, performing data entry, diagnosing electronic device issues, and promoting our range of devices and cell phone accessories. While previous experience in the cell phone industry is not required, it is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter customer information and service requests into our system.
  • Diagnose electronic device issues and provide repair recommendations.
  • Promote and sell electronic devices, cell phones, and accessories.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and options to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the electronics industry.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
