Podcast Appointment Setter

Streamlined Media is seeking a hard working “people” person to join our team as a Podcast Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling podcasters daily to set appointments with Streamlined representatives, who will demonstrate how our services can help their podcasts grow.

Responsibilities:

- Make daily cold calls to podcasters to introduce Streamlined

- Set appointments for podcasters to meet with Streamlined representatives

- Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to appointment setting

- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with potential clients

- Work closely with the Streamlined team to ensure a smooth appointment setting process

Requirements:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook

- Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with potential clients

- Basic computer skills (e.g., using email, spreadsheets, and appointment scheduling software)

- No prior experience required, as training will be provided

Benefits:

- Base pay of $8/hour

- Bonus of $50 for each appointment that shows up

- On-target earnings (OTE) of $40,000 per year, based on setting an average of 9 appointments per week
