As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon sales channel to meet and exceed key performance metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including but not limited to ads management, catalog management, review management, case management, and listing SEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ads Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to achieve target metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, and ROI. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
  • Catalog Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
  • Review Management: Monitor and manage product reviews, ensuring timely responses and addressing any customer concerns to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Case Management: Handle all Amazon-related cases, including resolving listing issues, addressing account health notifications, and managing customer service inquiries.
  • Listing SEO: Optimize product listings through keyword research, competitive analysis, and content enhancement to improve visibility and ranking on Amazon.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve overall Amazon performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on-site in our Hoffman Estates, IL office.
