6 month contract-to-hire

1st shift, beginning between 4 and 6 a.m. and working for 8-10 hours, 2 Saturday mornings/month required (more available, if desired)

The mold breakout group breaks open sand molds without damaging the castings. Once that is completed, they have to transfer the castings that are covered in sand into a shake-out unity which removes the sand – but they have to do it in a way that doesn’t damage the castings while they are being shaken. Once that is done, they have to gather up all the lumps of sand and put them into the recycling machine.

• The candidates will use manual tools (sledge hammer, shovel) which will be provided.
• The candidates will be operating a Bobcat and a HiLo safely.
• All PPE will be provided.
• The right candidate will have a good personality and has an attitude for learning more.
