We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide Needed In Somerset ASAP to become a part of our team You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine, individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any health concerns.
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients, with a focus on dignity and respect.
  • Administer specialized healthcare services, including medication administration and wound care, ensuring adherence to prescribed care plans.
  • Educate family members on ways to care for the patient, offering support and guidance to enhance patient care at home.
  • Foster a caring and reliable environment, promoting a sense of security and trust for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Home Health Aide certification in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields, demonstrating a commitment to patient care.
  • Positive and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, fostering a supportive and compassionate relationship.
  • Capability to handle physical workload, maintaining high standards of care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
