Role and Responsibilities:
- 💉 Administer IV infusion treatments in patients' homes with precision and care.
- 📊 Monitor patient conditions during treatments, adjusting as needed for optimal outcomes.
- 📝 Accurately document all treatment activities in the EMR, adhering to healthcare standards.
- 🤝 Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- 🧰 Manage and maintain infusion equipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- 🎓 Educate and support patients and their families on infusion therapy and health management.
Qualifications:
- 🆔 Active RN license in Wyoming.
- 🧑️⚕️ Strong background in IV infusion therapy.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 🚗 Ability to travel locally within the Torrington area.
- 💻 Proficient in EMR and other healthcare technologies.
