We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Collect mail
- Schedule appointments
- Assist applicants with applying
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
-Handling and uploading sensitive information into an HRIS system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with HRIS systems. (Avionte BOLD preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish
