Your Role Will Involve:

  • Collaborating with outstanding CNAs in a 5/1 Patient-Nurse ratio.
  • Providing patient care based on individualized plans and current health status.
  • Coordinating and delegating patient care activities.
  • Prioritizing patient care based on urgency and need.
  • Executing physician’s care directives and ensuring pristine documentation.
  • Performing specialized procedures like tracheostomy care, suctioning, and wound management.
  • Leading emergency responses with clarity and precision.

What We're Looking For:

  • An active, unencumbered WA DOH license.
  • Willingness to embrace WA DSHS-approved AFH qualifications.
  • Proactive acquisition of BLS with AED certification within 30 days of joining us.
  • A valid TB PPD or gold top serum test (2-step if never done before) within two days of onboarding.

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

  • Previous RN/LPN experience, familiarity with ventilator settings.
  • Some knowledge of technology and computer systems.

  • Position: Full-time, Night Shift (7 pm - 7 am) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Competitive Salary: Earn $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
  • Experience: 1 year in nursing (desired, but not essential).
