Job DescriptionJob Description

Addiction Treatment of Maryland is in need of an experienced House Manager. The House Manager assists in providing a stable, drug free supportive environment, conducive to early recovery. House manager's reinforce company policies and procedures and report directly to the Program Director.

Education and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D Required
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse required.
  • CPR & First Aid ( Willing to obtain)
  • Narcan Certification (Willing to obtain)
  • Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline.
  • Adheres to the facility ethics code
  • Knowledge of ADM guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
  • Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written Skills.
  • Knowledge of Drug-Free workplace.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Violence Prevention.
  • Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes regarding client confidentiality laws.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance.

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the safety and well being of the clients in your house.
  • Be aware of everyone, meds, follow up when individuals leave the hours, etc.
  • Communicate any client related concerns to the Housing Director
  • Manage and coordinate the recovery residence
  • Enforce House Rules
  • Assist with treatment planning
  • Oversee house activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $350.00 per week
