Job Description: Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional looking for an unparalleled opportunity? Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic team that values your skills and ambitions. We offer a unique commission plan that outshines any other sales position in the industry. Our commission structure is designed to ensure that you, as a salesperson, can make a great living and achieve your financial goals.  We offer initial commission on daily sales AND if you are a relationship builder you will do amazing with us because you run your own mini business, ever month the customer stays with the company you keep getting paid residual commissions so the longer your client list the bigger your check as you grow with the company your check with grow as well.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
