Dispatcher/CSR

Full time position

Applicant must be friendly, organized, self-motivated, professional with excellent communication skills.

Key Tasks/Requirements:

Answering phones, scheduling, filing

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Quickbooks, & able to learn new software dispatching program)

Learn HVAC/Plumbing business & prioritize calls

Evaluate incoming service calls & schedule for the right technician

Relay detailed & accurate information to technicians & customers

Maintain positive attitude during high stress situations with customers, technicians & other employees

*Some other daily tasks may include: ordering materials, checking in orders, cleaning office area
