We are a growing, litigating, plaintiff PI firm in need of reliable and proactive litigation paralegals. We have offices in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, El Centro, Victorville, and Banning. DO NOT LET DISTANCE DETER YOU If you live too far from a main office, remote work is an option for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will join our heavy-hitting litigation department

Duties include:

  • Meeting with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases and/or projects.
  • Preparation of legal documents including, but not limited to, government claims, complaints, motions, declarations, petitions, briefs, demands, case management statements, etc. MUST KNOW HOW TO E-FILE AND VERSED IN CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE PROCEDURAL RULES AND DEADLINES
  • Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; providing written analysis to attorneys.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including retaining and preparing experts for deposition and trial.
  • Prepare and serve extensive written discovery requests and responses, notices of deposition, notices of site inspection, subpoenas, etc.
  • Assist in case management and client’s medical treatment, as needed.
  • Maintain attorney calendar, case deadlines, case management system, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
