Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial is partnering with a growing construction company seeking to add a dynamic Full-Charge Bookkeeper.  The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurate and timely preparation processing of various general ledger duties, financial reports and statements. The ideal Full-Charge Bookkeeper has a background in construction as a Bookkeeper, has proficient knowledge of Viewpoint Software and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.  

The Full-Charge Bookkeeper is a Full-Time, Direct-Hire position in Concord, CA with an outstanding team. 

 

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, CC & Bank Reconciliations

  • Use Viewpoint Spectrum Software to Process Invoices, Checks, Payroll & Financial Reports 

  • Maintain Contracts, Annual Budgets, Tax Reports & Financial Statements

 

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Construction Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience Required

  • AA Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 

  • Experience With Viewpoint Spectrum Software Required
