Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Duties
- Respond to service calls and tow vehicles as needed
- Safely load and unload vehicles without damaging them
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in distress
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws

Requirements
- Valid/clean driver's license
- Experience in commercial driving and operating a tow truck preferred
- Valid DOT Medical card, or willingness to get
- Valid D.A.D Card ("Tow license") preferred. We are willing to assist with this for the right person, but you will not drive a truck until you have a valid card in hand
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Work a set schedule and rotating weekends as agreed

This position offers a guaranteed weekly salary vs commission depending on experience. New equipment in great shape, must be willing to take pride in keeping equipment in great shape.
