We are currently seeking a skilled Truck Equipment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with tools and performing repairs and or installing and configuring a wide range of truck accessories and equipment. As a Truck Equipment Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure various truck equipment, including but not limited to flat beds, service bodies, toolboxes, hitches, cranes, air compressors, fuel tanks, lighting and other accessories and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any pre-existing issues and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate product installations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while working with tools and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to enhance installation techniques and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Truck Equipment Installer or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of truck accessories and equipment installation procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
