Join Our Elite Sales Team as a Roofing Sales Hunter

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for New Business: Actively seek out, inspect, estimate, and close both assigned and self-generated opportunities.
  • Dominate Sales: Present powerful, persuasive sales solutions that leave competitors in the dust.
  • Crush Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Leverage Relationships: Capitalize on customer referrals and new leads to expand your sales pipeline.
  • Command Communication: Maintain strong, clear communication with customers, support staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to keep the hunt safe.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Roofing/Construction Experience: Preferred but not required—your hunger to succeed is what counts.
  • Sharp Problem-Solving: Your ability to troubleshoot and provide fast, effective solutions is key.
  • Fearless Attitude: Comfortable with heights and the challenge of climbing ladders to access roofs.
  • Safety Savvy: A strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols.

This is a guaranteed salary PLUS commission position.
