Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our company as an accounting assistant. We are looking for an individual with office experience dealing primarily in accounts payable and receivable. You will be part of a busy five-person accounting department, working for an established construction company. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience and/ or a bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, business or a related field. The position requires a person to have strong math and organizational skills. Experience with an integrated accounting system such as CF Data is very helpful. We are looking for a dependable person who takes pride in delivering quality work.

Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Experience in Microsoft Office
Precise attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Experience with CF data systems a plus but not required
