The Vibe Organic Shift Lead oversees the daily shift operations at Vibe. They deliver a high-quality experience to the members, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service. They also monitor:

  • Staffing needs, coordinating staffing levels to meet the demands of the store as well as making sure the team can work together in good spirit

  • Inventory levels - Vibe obtains its inventory from several market vendors, traveling to vendors for inventory needs and working with other staff

  • Insuring the overall food quality of our smoothies, bowls and foods is at a quality to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem Solving skills - Whether our vendors are short on key ingredients for the store or finding appropriate solutions for customers and staff. The Shift Lead will need to be adaptable to any situations and have excellent communication skills.
