Maintenance Technician - Night Shift Full Time Antioch, IL, US

Guided by honesty, trust, and dependability, the role of the Maintenance Technician is to help maintain the company’s reputation for creating the best products in the market.

This position is vital for the company’s growth and success. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for advanced repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, as well as the upkeep of the building, grounds, and utility systems. This includes supporting the manufacturing operation’s shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions. After an initial training period, the role requires working Monday through Thursday nights from 8:10 PM to 6:30 AM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment efficiently.

  • Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to support operations.

  • Operating the maintenance computer system for time entry and work order generation.

  • Troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing facility.

  • Specific experience with paper converting, flexographic printing, or a related industry is highly desirable.

  • Certifications or an AS degree in Industrial Maintenance, or a similar combination of education and experience.
