Taproom Attendant

Are you a friendly and courteous professional dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional experience? You could be an excellent server at our busy brewery. We need someone with a positive attitude toward customer service and a warm smile to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their experience with us. You will serve our guests at the brewery by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
The position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Love of Craft Beer
• Educate customers about craft beer and Rock Harbor products
• Effectively use POS system
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to represent Off The Tracks at off-site events when needed
• Friendly and welcoming personality and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask when environment is fast-paced and take initiative when environment is at a lull
• Ability to work as a team
• Pour beer and other beverages
