Be the frontline in delivering exceptional service to our patients and caregivers Seeking Full-Time Homecare Agency Coordinators in Intake, Operations, and Human Resource (HR).

  • Requirements:

    • Language:

      • English (Basic proficiency)

      • Mandarin (Fluent)

      • Cantonese (Fluent)

      • Fujianese & Spanish (Not required, preferred)

    • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and meet deadlines consistently

    • Friendly and professional demeanor

    • GED or higher education (Preferred)

  • Job Description: As a Coordinator, you will join the Intake, Operations, or HR team. We will work with you to match the role that best aligns with your strengths and professional interests.

    • Intake Coordinator: Welcome patients, manage calls, verify insurance, and guide them through Managed Long Term Care applications.

    • Operations Coordinator: Serve as a liaison between insurance companies, case managers, caregivers, and patient families.

    • HR Coordinator: Oversee recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records, and assist with training and office tasks.
