We seek a dedicated House Manager to oversee a private residence's daily operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage household staff, coordinate events, and ensure the smooth running of all household activities.

**Duties but not limited to the below:**

  • Train all DSP staff
  • Review ISP and Assessments with all SCC House Supervisors as modified by the county board.
  • Complete and sign off on individual-specific training reviews for all House Supervisors
  • Assist the HR Manager in secondary interviewing and house placement (as needed) for direct care staff
  • Reviewing weekly house schedules for all SCC houses managed and submitting them to HR Manager
  • For any call-offs or no-shows, the house manager must coordinate to ensure the shift is filled and may need to fill in if no staff is available. (Communicate with QA, Compliance Supervisor, and HR Manager

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in DODD as a house manager

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A minimum of 2 years of experience
