Job DescriptionJob Description

-Physician recruitment and staffing company in growing industry seeking a motivated individual for a recruiter position

-Experienced professionals and new graduates are welcome to apply

-Must be interested in becoming a part of our team.

-Looking for individuals who have interest in inside sales/marketing

-Candidates with the ability to build and develop relationships will thrive.

-This is a full-time position with base salary $40-50K based on experience

-Lucrative bonus potential

-Benefits, including retirement plan.

 

Job to include the following:

Sourcing and recruitment of candidates

Basic office duties such as data entry and answering telephones

Assist with ongoing marketing efforts

Strong verbal and written communication skills a plus.

Position also requires basic computer skills and excellent organizational skills.

Must be detail oriented
