NAI Sioux Falls, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Sioux Falls, SD, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Broker Associate. The Commercial Broker Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties in the Sioux Falls area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of professionals and gain valuable industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assist commercial brokers in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate property showings and tours for clients, providing detailed information on available properties.
  • Prepare and present property listing presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sale and lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic factors, and industry regulations affecting commercial real estate.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to share information and best practices.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional network and identify potential leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including property brochures, websites, and social media posts.
  • Manage and update property listings on the company website and other listing platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field.
  • Active real estate license in the state of South Dakota.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sioux Falls commercial real estate market and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth.
