Title: Senior Electrician

We invite full-time Senior Electricians to join our team in Union, NJ.

What We Offer

Depending on experience, this role can make at least $35 - $45 an hour. High performers have made anywhere from $80,000 to $150,000 in total compensation.

? Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and local electrical codes.

? Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to electrical service and repair calls. This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:

? Diagnose and resolve issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.

? Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.

? Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.

? Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.

? Understand your service metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
