Recruitment coordinator

One of our main pillars at Ethikos is the Recruitment Service, and that's why we're looking for a person to join us as Recruitment Coordinator. The main purpose of this role will be to coordinate the recruitment area ensuring a high standard service for our customers, a human centric approach and an effective and purpose driven coordination of our current recruitment team.

What will your day to day be like?

• Support the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy
• Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose
• Coordinate the recruitment team to ensure objectives and deadlines are reached
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
• Source candidates by using databases and social media, evaluating and screen resumes and cover letters
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Ensure the recruitment provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires

• Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management
• Focus on objectives, coherence and adventure
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a consulting company, will be a plus
• Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate high volume of work
• Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further
• Professional English, good level of Spanish, valuable other European language
