The ideal candidate should have a strong background in steel fabrication and a proven track record of managing a team to ensure the successful completion of projects from inception to completion. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of taking the lead in managing day-to-day operations in the shop, including coordinating with other departments, managing inventory, and ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
