Dorn Color has an exciting opportunity to learn the craft of offset printing and receive one on one, on the job training on how to match spot ink colors using our print technology and equipment. This opportunity has great growth potential, requiring a dedicated candidate who enjoys a challenge.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Learning and operating all three of our Heidelberg printing presses.
• Learning the craft of ink color matching with press operation, in order to replicate color image standards provided by our customers.
• Actively involved in process improvement and challenged to develop better ways using print technology.

Qualifications include:

• A basic understanding of 4 color process printing work
• Must be mechanical, creative problem solver who is focused on achieving print quality results.
• Must be teachable, persevering and a "no quit" mindset.
• Must have an excellent eye for color.
• Some printing press experience is a plus.
• Offset printing press experience extremely helpful.
