Experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for Rapidly Growing Family Business

 

We are a leading food manufacturer and CPG brand owner, currently seeking an extremely seasoned Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations and grow with us. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier approval processes and maintain inventory levels.

- Place orders for raw materials and packaging materials.

- Receive materials based on proper Certificates of Analysis (COA).

- Release inventory for manufacturing.

- Maintain meticulous paperwork and inventory records.

- Frequently communicate with suppliers over the phone.

- Oversee shipping and receiving processes efficiently.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the food industry is a must.

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

- Strong communication skills, comfortable making multiple phone calls daily.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
