Job Description:As a Driver Helper with Open Pacific Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our delivery operations. You will work alongside our drivers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers. We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, adaptable to varying weather conditions, and committed to providing exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver in delivering packages to customers in varying weather conditions.
- Utilize smartphone applications for routing and accessing customer delivery information.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach, striving to deliver packages and bring smiles to our customers.
- Collaborate with the driver to load and unload cargo vans, handling packages 50+ lbs with a partner.
- Be physically capable of getting in and out of the truck, walking up and down stairs, and performing physical tasks for 8-10 hours.
