Order Management CSR (Dunnellon FL location)

  • Payrate: $16.00-$17.00/hr
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service experience and ability to help provide accurate, reliable, and helpful information in a timely manner.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, organization, doesnt need to be micromanaged, a self starter and great with multitasking.
  • Must have great communication via email and phone as well as in person.
  • Must have Strong Computer proficiency with MS Office.

 

Job Duties: Coordinating and helping manage the process for bids and customer orders (Municipal & Merchant) including sample requests. You would help set up and manage all customers files, support he business development efforts as requested. Logistics and or SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
