We are looking for experienced painter for all our properties located in Tri-Cities, TN.

  • Must be proficient in painting all surfaces.
  • Must be able to carry out the skilled work involving drywall and painting.
  • Able to complete painting jobs within work schedules.
  • Able to complete minor maintenance duties as needed.
  • Paint both exterior and interior areas of Apartment buildings.
  • Ability to be flexible to travel to our properties in Kingsport-Gray/JC- Bristol.
  • Comply with management's instructions.                                                                                                     

Must have a reliable transportation to each needed  properties.
