Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
  • Responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories; to include rough-ins and troubleshooting
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance 
  • Promotes products and services to customer
  • Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
  • As needed, performs limited diagnostics
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction
  • Pay negotiable upon experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
