Albrightson is looking for a 1st shift Equipment Mechanic, Monday-Friday that loves their work. Our office is 15 minutes from Hudson and Menomonie right off the interstate

Job Description:

o Diagnose and repair equipment including compactors, excavators, loaders, dozers and dump trucks.

o Respond to customer needs in a positive supportive and timely manner.

o Maintains a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety procedures.

o Documents labor, parts assuring that work order can be closed.

o Provide assistance to all other levels of technicians as needed in regard to troubleshooting repairs.

o Use various diagnostic tools to evaluate, identify and resolve equipment issues.

o Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems relating to the equipment and its components.

o Use skills and knowledge to problem solve and diagnose root causes

o Operate service truck for repairs on the job site.

 

Qualifications:

o Two year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience

o CDL is a plus

o Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers

o Good verbal and written communication skills

o Own mechanic tool set
